Scott – Director / Licensed Builder
Meet Scott, the driving force behind AI Build NT. With over 30 years of building experience, including 26 years in the Northern Territory, Scott brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to every project.
Scott’s journey began in Adelaide, SA, where he qualified as a carpenter in the early 1990s. For around 16 years, he operated as a sole trader under Active Industries before founding AI Build NT in 2023.
Throughout his career, Scott has prioritized quality workmanship and personal service, values he proudly instils in his team. He understands the importance of listening to clients’ needs and finding tailored solutions that fit their budgets.
With a can-do attitude and a clear focus on delivering quality work, Scott ensures a seamless and efficient experience for his clients. He maintains strong and positive relationships with suppliers, ensuring access to top-quality materials for every project.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and friends, indulging in his passions for fishing, camping, and supporting his favourite AFL team, the Crows. With Scott at the helm, AI Build NT is committed to exceeding expectations and creating lasting impressions with every build.
Kristina – Office Manager
Meet Kristina, the heart and soul of AI Build NT’s office operations and wife to Scott. With a diverse background in Conservation and Land Management, Training & Assessment, and Retail, Kristina brings a wealth of experience to her role. She understands the importance of quality customer service and thrives on working collaboratively with others.
As a mother to two energetic kids who are sports enthusiasts, Kristina is adept at balancing her professional and family life. Her bubbly personality and can-do attitude keep the office running smoothly, ensuring that every client receives the attention and care they deserve.
Outside of the office, Kristina is an adventure seeker who loves spending time with her family and friends. Whether it’s camping in the great outdoors, learning new skills, or curling up with a good book, she embraces life with enthusiasm and passion. Kristina is also a devoted horse and dog lover, finding joy and solace in the company of her four-legged friends.
